Tender description

Flintshire County Council has established a four year non-binding framework agreement for the delivery of works required for the delivery of disabled facilities grants. The opportunity was divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 — Internal Adaptation Works, Lot 2 — External Adaptation Works. The resulting framework will be capable of being used for works to private properties and properties owned or managed by Flintshire County Council. External adaptation works including but not limited to supply and fit of ramps, handrails, steps and pathways. Two contractors have been appointed for this lot and the estimated spend during the framework term is 304 000 GBP. Internal adaptation works including but not limited to bathroom adaptation works, kitchen adaptation works, flooring, decorating, joinery works, heating and electrical works. Eight contractors have been appointed for this lot and the estimated spend during the framework term is 2 555 000 GBP.
