Provision of Oak Hill Park Satellite Depot for London Borough of Barnet

Tender description

The London Borough of Barnet are looking to hire a contractor to supply a new building for the park satellite depot within Oak Hill Park. There site currently contains an existing depot building which is in poor condition and the plan is to demolish this (demolition is not within the scope of this quotation) and install a replacement building in the same location. The proposed building comprises the following elements as seen in the attached design, and is to be built to the requirements specified below and in the attached documents. The building is to comprise of the following: Store / Workshop Area for parks maintenance equipment and vehicles Welfare area incorporating: Kitchen / office space WCs and shower room with lobby. Your quotation will be based on Call-off contract JCT standard forms (terms and conditions): JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 (DB).
