Tender description
Ponders End is one of Enfield’s longer standing regeneration areas that has been subject to change since 2008. To support the delivery of the latest phase of this, Enfield Council (the Council) is seeking the services of a retail/high street consultancy partner to assist with the delivery of its Ponders End regeneration programme. Broadly, the Council is seeking support to define with greater clarity the strategic direction of the programme, and practical assistance (by way of advice) in delivery of this identified direction. This role has been titled as the Curation Partner for the Ponders End Regeneration Programme.
