Block, converted house, house, garage and other associated external and internal building refurbishment; External Decoration and Works, Fire Safety Works; Associated Mechanical and electrical Works; Extensions to Blocks; and associated works. The Council is hosting a \"Meet the Buyer\" event on Wednesday 5 April 2017 2pm at The Harford Multicentre, 115 Harford Street, E1 4FG. The Council is looking for feedbacks (without limitations) on the operating capacity, delivery arrangements and other factors likely to influence a party's interest in this project. Prospective bidders who wish to attend the event should notify of their intention to attend via the email address \"procurement@towerhamlets.gov.uk.\" This PIN notice is indicative only of the Council's intentions and requirements for the procurement and is not a call for competition. The Council reserves the right to amend its requirements, which will be more definitive in the contract notice. This PIN does not formally signify the beginning of any procurement and does not constitute a commitment by London Borough of Tower Hamlets to undertake any procurement exercise. In the event that the London Borough of Tower Hamlets decides to formally commence procurement pursuant to this PIN a separate Contract Notice will be issued.
