Invitations to Tender (ITT)'s will be sent out on Wednesday 4th January 2017 to all organisations expressing an interest in this contract. The closing date for receipt of completed documentation will be Sunday 12th February 2017. It is anticipated for the contract to be awarded in March 2017 with a targeted start date of April 2017. Manchester Central does not undertake to bind itself to accept the lowest price or any individual Tender. Manchester Central will not be liable for any costs incurred in tendering for this contract.
