Pumping Station and Rising Mains at IDA Business & Technology Park, Waterford

Tender description

This Project has been awarded to Sorensen Civil Engineering Ltd. IDA Ireland invites interested contractors to tender for the construction of the a Pumping Station and Rising Mains with associated site works at IDA Business & Technology Park, Waterford. The construction of the Pumping Station and Foul Rising Main includes for the provisions of – but is not limited to- the following, Construction of a haul road of approximate length of 0.2 km; Design and Installation of a Precast Concrete Foul Holding Tank, including all falls and ancillary fixtures and fittings as outlined on the contact drawings; Provision and Installation of a Foul Pumping Chamber and the design, provision and installation of all associated Pumps and fittings; Construction of a Valve Chamber and the provision and installation of all associated pipework, valves and fittings; Provision and Installation of a Pumping Chamber Control Kiosk and the design, provision and installation of the associated M & E services; Construction of 1 No. 150mm internal diameter HPPE rising main and 1 No. 100mm diameter internal HPPE rising main for an approximate length of 0.5km; Construction of 125mm internal diameter ESB approved duct and associate cabling; Construction of 110mm internal diameter HPPE watermain and associated valves, fittings and chambers; Construction of a new 225mm internal diameter foul sewer; All site works associated with the Pumping Station Enclosure. Notwithstanding the above the full scope of the Works and the obligations of the Contractor shall be ascertained by reference to the Contract Documents as a whole
