Tender description
Individual contracts are awarded during the second stage. At this stage, Raven Housing Trust will invite all providers listed on the DPS against the required Lot to bid for a specific contract. The specific works and services that may be procured under the DPS cannot be clearly defined at this stage; however the nature and types of works that may be required are included in the Lots below. The DPS Agreement includes the terms and conditions for subsequent Call-Offs, but places no obligations on Raven Housing Trust to procure any planned maintenance and responsive repairs works and services. The DPS in itself is therefore not a contract; contracts are only formed when works and services are called-off under the DPS. Guttering UPVC, Fascia Boards and Rain Water Goods. Replacement of UPVC Shed Doors. External Wall Repairs / Render / Pointing. Roof covering replacement. Flat and Garage Roof covering replacement. Replacement of External Front and Rear Doors. Replacement of Communal Area Floor Covering. Electrical Installation & Maintenance/Services. General external Works to Paths and Roads. Thermal Insulation and Energy Conservation. Asphalting Works. Garage doors repairs and replacement. Fire alarms and firefighting systems service,monitoring and maintenance, including Dry Risers,Fire Alarms,Firefighting Equipment. Maintenance and repair of door entry systems ,TV aerials and warden call systems. Damp and Mould Management Service. General Responsive Painting and Decoration. Replacement and Repairs to Rainwater Products. Repairs to Pitched Roof Covering. Repairs to Flat Roof Covering. Replacement and Repairs to Floor Covering. Electrical Maintenance Services. General Building Trades including Brickwork and wall repairs,Ground works,Carpentry and Fencing,Plastering. Repair to Glazing, Doors and Locks. Pest Control. Plumbing. Provision of Scaffolding. Specialist Cleaning Services. Bulk waste and rubbish collection and clearance. Void Works. Gardening,Grass Cutting and Tree Works. Cyclical Painting, External and External Communal Areas.
