Tender description

The council is looking for contractors to enter into a framework agreement for External Pre-Planned Repairs to Council Housing Stock. This will include Decoration Estate Improvements and External disabled adaptations. Repairs and Decoration — to include scaffolding, to properties as directed. The works will include replacement of soffits, guttering, re-rendering, painting. This covers the North of the County. Repairs and Decoration — to include scaffolding, to properties as directed. The works will include replacement of soffits, guttering, re-rendering, painting. This covers the South of the County. Decoration only — with scaffolding provided, to P.C.C. in-house staff sites. This covers the North of the County. Decoration only — with scaffolding provided, to P.C.C. in-house staff sites. This covers the South Area of Pembrokeshire.
