Tender description

South Gloucestershire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from Design & Build Contractors to prepare design options and construct the preferred option for a new Two Storey, Office and Research Building of circa 5,100m2 including external works on a green field plot at the Science Park. The Council intend to appoint a separate Technical Advisor Team to oversee the design and construction of the project.
