Tender description

The Works comprise internal alteration works associated with the proposed remodelling and sub-division phases 2&3 and shall include: • Removal of walls and construction of new. • Forming new door openings and provision of new doors. • Installation of suspended ceilings • Floor and wall finishes including the redecoration to existing areas • Mechanical and Electrical Installations • The Contractor is directed to the drawings to identify the exact nature, extent and location of the works. The proposed Contract for the works is a JCT Minor Works Building Contract, 2011 Edition,issued September 2011 incorporating Amendment 1 issued March 2015 and it is assumed that you will have a copy of these terms and that you are familiar with the content. It should be noted it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
