Tender description
To work with the Science & Technology Facilities Council (STFC) to develop and deliver a range of organisational development and capacity building programmes to build sustainability and improve levels of performance management and support personal and professional development. Up to 3 Focus groups with staff to understand the STFC context and the challenges staff face. Work with STFC to understand the organisation and their requirements to develop and deliver a range of capacity building practical, experiential and engaging programmes with some residential elements. The requirement will be for a tailor made sequence of programmes in line with the STFC Competency Framework. Specific requirements per programme are detailed in the ITQ.
