The Kingston Academy - Temporary Modular Buildings for Existing School

Tender description

There is a requirement to hire approx. 300m² of modular buildings to provide additional teaching and learning accommodation start of the September 2017 academic year. The works comprise a turn-key package including design coordination, site preparation, ground works, fencing works, provision of modular units, all services connections - requiring the supplier to make all applications to the statutory services suppliers (electric, water and drainage) where required, their applications, payments and all relevant information to the local authority's highway, planning depts, and development control teams to complete the Works - and the demobilisation following completion and site reinstatement.
