Tamar Bridge Office Development Project

Tender description

The construction of a new two storey building accommodating the Tamar Bridge Offices, Customer Service Centre and Bridge & Tunnel Control Room, with a first floor link building connecting to a new first floor learning centre overlying the refurbished ground floor of the existing office building. The works include associated external works, improvements to the landscaping and surrounding public realm. Prospective tenderers are invited to attend or at least be represented at the designated Provider Information Day, to be held at the Bridge Offices, currently scheduled from 10 am on Wednesday 3rd August, 2016.
