Tender description
The City of Cardiff Council wishes to re-commission Advice Services for Cardiff residents. The scope of the procurement includes Advice, Information and Advice, Advice with Casework, Specialist Advice services. The Council seeks to award one contract for the provision of Advice Services to Cardiff residents. Cardiff Council wishes to commission an Advice Partner to complement the work of the in house advice team. The contract will be for 5 years with the option to extend for additional periods of up to 2 years, with the aim of giving the provider greater certainty and adding to sustainability.
