Blenheim Primary School requires a contractor to build a single storey extension to form a new reception on the School Site. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. In order to access the opportunity you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below. https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm It is anticipated that tender documents will be available via the e-tendering system on 24th January 2017, with a return date of 17th February 2017. You will receive an e-mail once you have registered to inform you that the tender is available. The proposed commencement date of this project is 3rd April 2017 and we anticipate a 20 week programme of works.
