Tender description

The specific tender requirement is for the immediate demolition of the Charleston Club. The ground floor slab, sub-structure and foundations are to be removed down to a depth of 1 metre below existing ground level. A new brickwork wall and steelwork structural stability works are required to the party wall at the rear of some of the properties on Anlaby Road. The site is to be reinstated with sub-soil, topsoil, grass seed and timber bollards.
