Tender description

The invitation to tender is to ascertain quotations for a new coldstore and HGV distribution loading bay at Sunclose Farm, Milton. The works will include constructing the foundation and framework for both the coldstore and loading bay. External cladding will be required however the internal coldstore paneling will be completed by the tenant.
