Tender description

The Framework Agreement is for the distribution of the fruit and vegetables during school term time. It is anticipated that successful Applicants will be Distributors who will use nominated Suppliers to ensure delivery of fruit and/or vegetables to schools. The distribution will be carried out in 21 different regions covering the whole of England. Successful Applicants will be required to deliver fruit and vegetables in accordance with the ‘Consumption Calendar’ (please refer to Appendix 15 of the invitation to tender documents); and to deliver such fruit and vegetables to the relevant schools for consumption during term time in each case in accordance with the terms of the Framework Agreement (including the Specification). This Framework Agreement is for 4 years.
