Tender description

The development shall include the construction as a minimum of 60, 1 and 2 bedroom units (50 x 1 bed and 10 x 2 bed units) of Extra Care affordable accommodation plus related accommodation for: — Communal facilities. e.g. Communal lounges, consultation rooms, laundry room, health/fitness rooms/guest rooms (for overnight stay), cleaners store room, craft room, utility area, internal scooter parking/charging area, (facilities must be flexible for other uses). This list is not exhaustive. — Care staff. e.g. Office, estate/housing/managers offices, staff activity rooms (flexible use as meeting/training room), committee room (used as main office), staff kitchenettes, changing rooms, W.C.’s, shower facilities and night facilities for staff if sleep-in is required (this could be flexible — as required).
