Tender description

You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the refurbishment of the Nunnery Court Halls of Residence sited on Nuns Street, Derby, DE1 3LQ. The project comprises the full refurbishment of bedrooms, shower rooms, WC’s, corridors and stair cores, with minor decoration works to kitchens, to approximately 50% of the site. All initial enquiries to Chris Baillon, Estates Department via the In-Tend Portal.
