PREVIOUS APPLICANTS MUST RE-APPLY USING DOCUMENTS FOUND AT THIS ADVERTISEMENT Tender For Employers Representative Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced consultant to delivery projects to properties within the HRA and Corporate Portfolio, namely the External Wall Insulation and Associated Works Project (E.W.I) to non-traditional housing within Swindon Borough. Project Description The service required under this contract relates to the provision of a suitable candidate to successfully project manage various works to properties within the HRA and Corporate Portfolio, including and predominantly the External Wall Insulation Project (E.W.I). The Employer’s Representative is required to have adequate knowledge and experience of best practice and information relevant for delivery of the works and types of construction work to be undertaken. Prior to the commencement of the contract, the Employer’s Representative shall submit a statement setting out: The proposed approach to deliver the programme including a resource plan. CVs to demonstrate the competence and capability of the Employer’s Agent and any personnel delivering the service. The Employer’s Representative or delegate will be expected to have as a minimum: Building HNC qualification or equivalent 2 years’ experience of delivering projects To provide own means of transport to site, when required. The Employer’s Representative is responsible for providing their own safe means of access equipment to work at height. It is their responsibility to ensure persons who attend site are suitably trained and adequate risk assessments have been carried out prior to visit.
