The Framework Agreement will be divided into 22 Lots. Under Lots1-21 Suppliers will be required to procure and deliver their awarded fruit and/or vegetables to the depot of the distributor(s) awarded to serve the relevant region for onward distribution to schools. For purpose of organisation the supply and distribution areas are divided into 21 different regional areas covering the whole of England. Under Lot 22 Distributors will be required to order and receive deliveries of fruit and vegetables from various suppliers in accordance with the ‘Consumption Calendar’ and to distribute such fruit and vegetables to schools.
