Tender description
Erimus Housing (part of the Thirteen Group) and Middlesbrough Council (the Partners) have been working together on a number of initiatives to regenerate the Grove Hill area of Middlesbrough. The Partners have assembled 6 sites for development, totalling 12.23 ha. 1 of the sites is to be marketed for retail development and the remaining sites for private sector housing. The Council is seeking to procure a development partner to develop the site to its maximum potential.
