Waverley Borough Council is seeking a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to bring back into use six three-bedroom houses in Farnham, Surrey. The properties were built in the 1960s and used to as police houses. The properties are located to the rear of a newly built retirement housing scheme. Contractors that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When tender documents have been made available they can be accessed from the 'My tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project.
