The project involves the refurbishment of Offices S27, S29 & Lobby space, Third Floor of the Sugden Building, Leek Campus. The project centres around the following:- Careful isolation of M & E services; removal & carting away of existing fluorescent lighting; vertical blinds, existing floor finishes including underlay / boarding under; removal of existing pin boards & redundant cabling / sockets & containment; soda/sand blasting of existing timber trusses; Supply & installation of new LED lighting, repairs to existing fenestration, repairs to timber floors; decorations; supply & fitting of new pin boards, glass boards & white boards; new floor finishes & professional cleaning Contract terms will be JCT minor works agreement 2011
