Berneslai Homes are inviting tenders for a Metalwork Framework. This tender is for a non-OJEU Works framework as defined in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006. The supply of all labour, plant and materials to carry out works to council dwellings. The works may be in connection with any of the following: As part of adaptation works, scheme works, programmed repairs planned replacements and void properties. ("The Works ") This tender covers metal fencing, gates, handrails, cages for air source heat pumps and other metal items. Please note:This scheme will be tendered electronically through the Yortender system.
