Haringey Primary Care Premises Feasibility Studies

Tender description

We are seeking a contractor to undertake up to 4 feasibility studies relating to primary care premises in Haringey. Considerable strategic work has already been undertaken to identify priority areas and requirements for premises. These studies are specifically to look at the premises options available and to make detailed recommendations about the most appropriate financial and ownership models for each site. Therefore, we are seeking a contractor firstly with knowledge and experience of primary care premises, how they are funded and the financial models available. Secondly, we are seeking a contractor with knowledge and experience of the construction industry and an understanding of the methods of financing building projects and ownership options.
