Tender description

North Lanarkshire Council is looking to appoint a suitable and qualified contractor to undertake the repair and replacement of general bituminous macadam surfaces within the geographic boundaries of the Council and is applicable to the non-housing corporate property portfolio including properties which are the responsibility of the Council's arms length organisations (ALEOS). Typically properties include schools, nurseries, libraries, sports centres, office accommodation, community centres and cemeteries. NB The Contract will only relate to works within the boundary of a site and within un-adopted industrial estates roads and car parks. The Contract will exclude works to public roads or footpaths.
