Description of Works: Albion House : Remedial works to external EXPOSED CONCRETE elements of 7 storey building comprising concrete repairs as identified on dilapidations schedule, corrosion management and self-coloured protective coating system to all exposed concrete surfaces together with remedial/replacement of metal screens to balconies, minor repairs to brickwork wall panels, redecoration of metal balcony screens and entrance doors/screens generally at ground level and other minor remedial works Buckley House: Remedial works to external GENERALLY RENDERED concrete elements of 7 storey building comprising complete removal of existing render, any concrete repairs required after render removal, new render where existing removed, concrete repairs as identified on dilapidations schedule to concrete balconies to north/south elevations, corrosion management and self-coloured protective coating system to all rendered surfaces and to exposed concrete balconies, together with remedial/replacement of metal screens to balconies to east/west elevations, minor repairs to brickwork wall panels, redecoration of metal balcony screens and entrance doors/screens generally at ground level and other minor remedial works Closing date for application: 12 Noon Friday 26 February 2016 - The deadline date has now been extended to 5pm Monday 29th February 2016.
