Tender description

To meet the strategic ambitions, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) is articulating its strategic objectives for the coming 2 to 3 years, so that the whole organisation can align around these. We have determined a new way of working to achieve these goals — know as CUH together. We are looking for a partner or partners who can help us to create a new programme of leadership development that supports the implementation of CUH together. Ultimately we are looking to create meaningful, provocative and life changing solutions for our leaders and above all enable them to succeed in the changing world of CUH/the NHS/healthcare. This programme is aimed at our top leadership population, between 100-150, who report in at our Executive level. Providing insight on individual leadership style and impact, and tools for change. Interventions supporting ‘Personal’ development (within the organizational context). A focus on developing ‘organizational’ skills, knowledge and understanding, with the option to use service improvement projects to support the learning alongside the strategy roll out.
