Tender description
Middlesbrough Council is inviting suppliers to a half day event on Tuesday, 24.1.2016, at 13:00 to 16:00 at Middlesbrough Football Club, Riverside Stadium, Middlehaven Way, Middlesbrough, TS3 6RS. The purpose of the event is to undertake market engagement in order for us to determine the future development of a high quality Student Village as part of the master plan for Gresham If you would like to attend please contact David Allred, Project Manager at david_allred@middlesbrough.gov.uk confirming number and names of attendees. We would expect no more than 2 representatives from each organisation. Middlesbrough Council is seeking a development partner to bring forward a high quality student village on a 1.6 ha site within Middlesbrough Town Centre that is in close proximity to Teesside University's campus.
