Tender description

The BIG Lottery fund (the Fund) is seeking to engage a design and fit-out contractor to carry out enlargement and refurbishment of our small kitchen, and to create/refurbish 3 informal meeting spaces to provide a more welcoming and flexible environment for both staff and visitors. The work will include all structural, electrical, IT, air conditioning and plumbing works associated with the changes, including relevant ventilation and data point amendments, as well as all furniture and required painting/wallpapering. The office requires a more modern up to date look which facilitates additional seating and better layout in the enlarged kitchen area and better, more flexible use of space throughout the office.
