LMETB HQ - Pre-Qualification for Contractors

Tender description

The proposed development will consist of a 1580m2 new two-storey administrative headquarter building. The building will be exclusively occupied by the applicant (LMETB) for the purposes of administering educational and training services in the Louth and Meath areas. The proposed development also provides for 57 no. surface car parking spaces, cycle parking, landscaping and boundary treatment, signage and all associated site development works. Vehicular access to the proposed development is provided via a new access off Marley’s Lane. The contract for the Design Team was awarded as follows: Architect Van Dijk Architects Quantity Surveyors McGahon Surveyors Mechanical & Electrical Engineers Semple & McKillop Civil Structural Engineers RPS Group PSDP Atkins The Pre- Qualification Process was completed but contract has not been awarded and LMETB are not proceeding any further with this competition.
