All information is available at www.yortender.co.uk Pointing Works at Regent Street, Scarborough 1-6 Regent Street and 7-18 Regent Street The site is 2 blocks of flats comprising of 6 and 12 flats per block. All flats are tenanted. The works are to rake out and repoint the walls to the two blocks of flats, and remove and replace the Rain Water Goods. The contractor is to include in the price the cost of scaffolding the properties to provide access to undertake the work.
