Tender description
Mitre Court is a block of 28 residential flats with two commercial units on the ground floor; the residential units will be occupied during the works. The work involves the external repairs to the staircase and landing enclosures, repairs to the east and west elevations, repairs to the main staircase and redecoration of any externally affected decorated surfaces.
