Chatham Placemaking Project - Works Contract

Tender description

Medway Council requires a contractor to deliver the public realm plans for the priority areas identified in Chatham Placemaking, Public Realm and Connectivity Project (full design specification and drawings are included as appendices). The area covered by the project includes the primary route from Chatham railway station to the Chatham waterfront civic space, encompassing Railway Street and Military Road. The proposals are developed up to RIBA Stage 4 and focus on creating an enticing and accessible journey from the station to the High Street, waterfront and beyond.
