Project 1480 – Refurbishment of Toilets at Shoebury Common

Tender description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the toilets at Shoebury Common. The works will include upgrading existing sanitary ware, partitions, floor covering, roof, external rendering and internal and external decorations. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. You can register your interest to tender on this portal until 12 noon on 23rd December 2016. We anticipate the tender will be published on 20th December 2016 with a return date of 17th January 2017 however, once you have Expressed and Interest and registered on the tender, you will receive an automatic alert on publication.
