Painting work of buildings

Tender description

Carry out cyclical repairs and painting to Trust owned properties and/or properties administered by the Trust, predominantly within the Telford and Shropshire Area with a potential of working within the wider West Midland Area in the future. This will include for all external surfaces painted in previous programmes, or requiring future paint protection, such as exposed timbers, rainwater goods, rendered, panelled or cladded wall surfaces. To include: — Front and Rear Doors and Frames; — Shed doors and frames; — Fascia /soffit/barge boards/gutters; — Windows where identified; — Wall surfaces; — The work to be completed in the first year of the Trusts cyclical repairs and painting programme may be split between 2 Contractors and Contractors can expect to receive up to a maximum of 1 500 properties per annum. — With satisfactory performance, the contract can be extended annually for a further year, up to a maximum of 5 times (i.e. 6 years in total). Year 1.4.2017 - 31.3.2018. Restricted.
