Tender description
Leicester City Council wishes to appoint up to four (4) specialist asbestos consultancy companies per lot to provide: LOT 1: Asbestos surveys including management and refurbishment/demolition surveys. LOT 2: Reactive investigations and analytical asbestos service information on properties within city council owned buildings, including housing stock; and the consultant(s) carrying out the analytical works and surveys shall not be sub-contractors to the appointed consultant(s), i.e. all staff shall be under the direct employment of the appointed contractor(s).
