Tender description

The Scope of Work Comprises the design, procurement, construction , commissioning and handover of a new two-storey extension incorporating eight new classrooms (four class bases for years 5 and 6), two support classrooms that are dividable by folding partition, four lavatories providing 22WCs, one wheelchair WC, a lift, stair, circulation, cleaners cupboards and storage including ancillary works. The external elevations are to be brick, of two differing stocks, with aluminium/composite fenestration. There is a planted ‘habitat wall’ to the west elevation. Keywords: construction
