<b>The three storey block of flats at 39 - 73 Graham Park Road, NE3 4BJ is a Grade II Listed Building comprising of 18no. flats with a combination of council owned (tenanted) and privately owned (leasehold) properties.</b> <b></b> <b>The proposed works at the block is to replace the existing single glazed steel windows with double glazed steel windows. Window designs have been agreed and Listed Building and Full Planning Approval has been gained.</b> <b></b> <b>The garage block to the rear of the block (facing The Poplars) is also a Grade II Listed Building comprising of 14 garages. Proposed works to the garage blocks includes the replacement of the existing asbestos cement corrugated roofs with cement fibre sheets and refurbishment work including the replacement of timber fascia board on the rear elevation and the cast iron rainwater goods (gutter and down pipes). Listed Building Consent has been granted for these works.</b>
