Tender description
Monmouthshire is a county located in South East Wales with a population of approximately 92 000. It is a largely rural county, interspersed with 4 market towns and a number of villages. Monmouthshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Council’) invites tenders for the provision of public passenger transport services under Transport Act 1985, as outlined in this document.
