Tender description
Nexus have appointed tenderers for the provision of ancillary transport services in Tyne and Wear to replace the current operation, the contracts for which expire in March 2016. The contracts, which will be for an initial term of 5 years with an option to extend for a further year, will provide travel for groups and individuals who have particular difficulties in using standard public transport to specific locations, for leisure and work purposes and to provide them with shopping opportunities.
