Tender description

The project will be contracted via a JCT traditional Form of Contract with a specification and drawings plus a contract sum analysis with Contractor Design Portions. 1. The project will include extending the existing hall and providing a new dining and servery area to the back of the school. 2. Phased alterations to access and escape routes and enlargement of small classrooms to the back of the school. 3. A new build single storey extension located at the front entrance with administration and classroom. 4. External works and car park.
