Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites Tenders for the provision of VAT and Tax Advice Consultancy Services. The Contract will be in 2 Lots: Lot 1 VAT and Tax Helpline and Consultancy; Lot 2 Innovative VAT and Tax Ideas Service. Desired outcomes for the VAT and Tax Advice ‘Helpline’ and Support Consultancy Service: — To support the VAT and Taxation Advice Office in its prime objective of ensuring the Authority's compliance with its VAT and Tax obligations and responsibilities. Desired outcomes for the Innovative VAT and Tax Ideas Service: — To facilitate the Authority's ability to take advantage of innovative ideas and opportunities to legitimately reduce its tax bill as and when such arise.
