Stage 1 has seen reviews being carried out by Mott McDonald to determine what works needed to be undertaken to ensure that the Regional labs are CL3 Complaint (a HSE requirement) \n\n This contract is to provide the follow up to the initial review; including turning the reviews into designs, project managing and providing QS services for the construction phase. \n\n The contract will be let under the current Motts/EAframework
