Tender description
An Post propose to embark on a range of projects across its Property Estate nationwide. These can include building projects of varying sizes, scopes and requirements to include refurbishments, clearance and preparation for sale/disposal of properties, refurbishments, new builds (including Developer-led projects), refits and extensions, as is required based on the dynamic growth requirements of the organisation. This excludes appropriate Feasibility Study work which is dealt with under a separate tender.
