Tender description

This public procurement competition is for General Handy Person who is a skilled construction trades person and will undertake repair work, maintenance work, both interior and exterior and include light plumbing and electric jobs in a school/education centre setting. Tasks range from school to school and include painting, general maintenance repair, gutter cleaning and repair, roof repairs and cleaning, concrete work, floor repairs including replacing coverings, minor plumbing work, minor electrical work, joinery and carpentry and furniture assembly and in conjunction with the Buildings Officer(s) and/or the School/Centre/Budget Managers general appraising of educational properties.
