Tender description

On 29 April 2017 the Council is hosting a stage of the Tour De Yorkshire bike race which is due to end on the renowned Stray in Harrogate finishing on West Park. In hosting this event there is a requirement to accommodate a large number of vehicles, plant and equipment on the grass areas adjacent to the finish line. It is imperative that in hosting this event the area is protected and not spoiled and that suitable ground reinforcing is laid to all areas in advance of the even Keywords: ground stabilisation, ground protection
