THE WORKS comprises (a) the construction of an extension with 4 new classrooms, with a total combined floor area of 196 sq,m as per drawings, (b) the removal of 49 sq.m existing pre-fab classroom, (c) demolition of an existing open concrete shelter, (d) re-roofing of 117 sq.m existing tiled roof over metal work room (e) re-roofing of the 64 sq.m flat roof over the existing boys and girls toilets.
